Led by Sunshine Fister as Chief Business Officer and Nate Smith as Chief Operating Officer, Axiom combines deep local expertise with an innovative approach to property and financial management. We understand the unique challenges of the Colorado High Country – from heavy snowfall to ever-changing regulations – and we’re committed to helping communities thrive.

Our History
For nearly three decades, Perry Unruh has been one of the cornerstones of the Summit County property management community. Perry dedicated over decades of experience to managing one of Dillon’s largest and most recognized properties in the County. His commitment to exceptional service, integrity, and building thriving communities laid the foundation for Axiom Management.
Today, Perry and Luke Unruh, a Summit County native and longtime advocate for strong communities, continue their involvement as members of Axiom’s Board of Advisors. They provide invaluable guidance on policy development and business strategy, ensuring that Axiom remains true to its founding values while continuing to grow and innovate.

Dani Tungason
Senior Manager, HOA Admin and Project Management
Dani brings extensive expertise in project management and property management to ensure smooth and efficient community operations. In her role, Dani oversees daily administrative tasks, manages critical projects, and provides dedicated support to our HOAs.
With a strong background in property management, Dani excels in maintaining strong connections with homeowners and board members, addressing concerns promptly, and delivering timely solutions. Her proactive approach to community oversight ensures well-managed, organized neighborhoods that residents can take pride in.
As a wife and a mom of one, Dani understands the value of creating well-run communities where families can thrive. Her commitment to fostering satisfaction and operational excellence reflects Axiom Management’s dedication to providing communities with the care and attention they deserve.
Jade Trespeces
Manager, HOA Admin and Project Management
Jade is a skilled professional with expertise in operations management, and client relations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, along with specialized training in Medical Aesthetics.
Beyond her career, Jade loves to travel, try new cuisines, and explore new places. She finds that traveling refreshes the mind, broadens perspectives, and enhances adaptability, helping her grow both personally and professionally.
Mae Gonzaga
Manager, HOA Admin and Project Management
Mae is an accomplished professional with expertise in business management, finance, and education. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Secondary Education (Cum Laude) from the University of Southeastern Philippines.
With leadership experience in construction, finance, and retail management, she has served as Managing Officer and Chief Finance Officer at Davao Durabuild Construction Corp., Assistant General Manager at Jiavao Ventures, Inc., and Assistant Operations Manager at 3Y3G Corp. She also has a strong background in tenant relations and mall operations, having worked at Shopping Center Management Corp.
A Licensed Professional Teacher, Safety Officer 2, and Financial Advisor, Mae excels in budgeting, leadership, and office management. She has attended various professional training programs, including Construction Safety and Business Development Seminars.
Beyond her career, Mae is a devoted wife to Lloyd and a loving mother to Xian Ysabel, Lorcan Bran, and Dayton Eoin. She prioritizes family, well-being, and spiritual growth, keeping God at the center of her life. In her free time, she enjoys the beach, mountain climbing, and planting, finding peace and fulfillment in nature.
Marianne Dilangalen
Senior HOA Admin and Project Management
Marianne brings a wealth of experience in project management and HOA administration, ensuring that communities run smoothly with well-structured processes and efficient operations. With a strong background in system administration, she excels in implementing and managing systems that enhance workflow and streamline communication. Her expertise in property management allows her to navigate the complexities of homeowner associations, ensuring compliance, financial accuracy, and superior service for both homeowners and board members.
Marianne’s attention to detail and problem-solving mindset make her an invaluable asset in overseeing projects and optimizing systems to deliver the best possible experience for our clients.
Beyond her professional expertise, Marianne is a licensed teacher, bringing a unique perspective on organization, leadership, and effective communication. She applies these skills in her daily work, ensuring that teams stay aligned and projects are executed seamlessly.
Marianne is a dedicated wife and mother to two wonderful sons, and she also shares her home with a lovable husky who keeps life exciting! Her balance of professional excellence and family values reflects her dedication to creating a structured yet warm and welcoming environment, whether at home or in the communities she serves.

As Axiom Management’s Chief Operating Officer, Nate Smith brings over two decades of leadership experience and a deep commitment to serving Summit County communities.
Nate’s passion lies in delivering exceptional service while elevating the quality of property management in the region.
Nate has dedicated his career to ensuring that every client feels valued and that their investments are handled with the care they deserve. He takes pride in helping communities and property owners thrive, knowing that Axiom’s service and commitment stand above the rest.
Jenae is an expert in operational administration and grew up in a family of entrepreneurs, bringing a strong foundation of business acumen and efficiency to her work.
Nate and Jenae's strong work ethic and attention to detail are driven by their love for Summit County and their three daughters, who inspire them every day.
Jeremiah 333 Capital Management, Inc.
Finance, Compliance, Admin and Strategy
Axiom is now owned by Jeremiah 333 Capital Management, Inc- a private equity firm specialized in rental and property management.
Ryan and Sunshine Fister owns Jeremiah 333.
Ryan is a full-time Software Engineer that runs his own engineering business in Silicon Valley. He's not involved in day-to-day of Axiom but Sunshine's emotional support husband.
Sunshine Fister is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA- Inactive/ Non- Practicing), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Forensic CPA (FCPA), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and Certified Manager for Community Association (CMCA).
Sunshine oversees the day to day Axiom’s finance, compliance, and administrative departments, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a fresh perspective to support Axiom’s growth and continued success. A seasoned finance professional, Sunshine specializes in process optimization, risk management, and compliance. Her experience spans across startups, pre-IPO companies, and publicly traded Fortune 500 corporations, where she has driven efficiency and innovation. Beyond her corporate expertise, Sunshine is also an entrepreneur, having built thriving rental businesses in California and Colorado.
