Axiom Management is a Company working in Summit County, Colorado built on 40+ years of Association Management experience . We offer the highest level of personal service and technology integration to our Associations. We have loved watching the Colorado High Country grow, and at the same time we have seen a lot of communities be neglected or just simply held back because their managers don't strive to make both their company and the associations work better for you. We put in, well over 100 hours every year in furthering our education and keeping up to date on both Colorado and Federal laws. Axiom is constantly researching the best technology to present to Board members every year, so they can have as much information as possible when making a decision for their community.
Our Owners and Their Story
My name is Perry Unruh and I am the CEO of Axiom Management. My wife Charlotte and I have lived in Summit County for 28 years. 25 of those years being employed in Association Management. For 20+ years I managed one of the largest properties (Lake Cliffe Condominiums) in Dillon, Colorado. I just recently stepped down from Lake Cliffe to work full time for Axiom Management. I have a CMCA certification from CAMICB along with a pool certification. Charlotte and I enjoy hiking, camping and going to the Caribbean (with family) to rest, relax and enjoy time with our grand kids.
My name is Nate Smith. I am the COO of Axiom Management. I have 19 years of management experience, in which I have been trying to elevate the quality of work that seems to hurt the good people, that have invested in this beautiful area. I have 3 beautiful girls and a wonderful wife that fuel and motivate me every day. I love spending time with my family watching them grow in this wonderful area. There is nothing more satisfying than a hard day’s work and then coming home to my family. I have dedicated my life to this company to make it THE BEST. I look forward to adding more properties knowing that we care more than others about their investment.
My name is Luke Unruh, I am the CIO for Axiom Management. I was born in Vail and graduated from Summit High School. I love traveling and doing anything that gets me outside. I love this beautiful County that I have been able to grow up in. Unfortunately I've seen a lot of communities taken advantage of or worse. I hate to see this because this is such a great place to live and I want to try and keep it that way.
SERVICES
Association Management
Axiom offers the highest level of Association Management. We include as much as possible in our base contracts to make it as easy for Associations to budget properly and have as few suprises as we can. We are also constantly investing in products and equipment to offer our Associations services for free or at a small cost. We find that the base of a lot of Association Management problems come from a lack of good communication and being able to "pass the buck". We handle everything we can, in house.
Consulting
Over the decades, in management, one of the things we have experienced is the lack of care and thought put into Amenities, and products put into Association projects. We spend 100s of hours researching and keeping ourselves up to date on the latest products and technology. We help associations get the most for their money and maybe even a little more.
Parking Management
Axiom runs a web-based software for all our properties, parking management. Our parking management software allows us to quickly run through an Association and verify every vehicle on the property. Our system allows us to eliminate all other passes on the property for the ease of use. We will even send notices to homeowners and notices when guests/ renters need to move their vehicle.
